Our Commitment

At The Story House, we take pride in creating beautiful, personalized storybooks for your family. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Before Printing

You have complete control over your book before it goes to print:

  • Preview all pages, illustrations, and text before confirming
  • Make unlimited edits to the story text
  • Regenerate illustrations until you're satisfied
  • Cancel your order at any time before submitting for print

After Printing - No Refunds

Once you confirm your order and it is sent to print, we cannot offer refunds. Each book is custom-created specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused.

Please carefully review all pages, illustrations, and text before confirming your print order.

Misprints & Damaged Books - Free Replacement

If your book arrives with printing defects or damage, we will send a free replacement. This includes:

  • Pages with printing errors or smudges
  • Missing or blank pages
  • Binding defects
  • Damage during shipping (torn covers, bent pages, etc.)

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Notify us within 5 days of delivery about any defects or damage
  2. Provide your order number and photos showing the defect or damage
  3. We'll verify the issue and ship a replacement at no additional cost

What We Cannot Replace

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Spelling errors or typos in customized text that you entered
  • Dissatisfaction with illustrations you approved before printing
  • Change of mind after the book has been printed
  • Damage caused after delivery (spills, tears from use, etc.)
  • Books reported more than 5 days after delivery
